Night Before the Race

Oh my gosh! Tomorrow is my very first 10k. This is what i have been working for for the last month. I am making sure to give my body lots and lots of TLC. After all, it would be horrible if I was sick or just not at my best because the day before I messed up my body.

Today I have been making sure to drink lots of water, eat well, and move around. Basically, all you need to do is use common sense. Treat your body right and it will treat you right too.
